What I was looking for was the certificate that is automatically generated by Windows Small Business Server locally when you are not using a third-party certificate to be renewed via the CA that is built into SBS. However, I was looking at this for SSTP to fully comply with CRL checking, but I just decided to disable CRL for now and when the certificate renews in a couple years I can re-enable the feature and everything will be good to go and I will just have to be happy with root CA chaining for two-way authentication.
